Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, scheduling services, or using any of our automotive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Bauer's German Auto Service provides automotive repair and maintenance services specializing in German vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Mini Cooper.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnostic services and computer scanning
  • Engine and transmission repair
  • Brake system service and repair
  • Preventive maintenance and oil changes
  • Electrical system diagnosis and repair
  • Air conditioning and heating system service
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm all appointments within 24 hours of scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

Pricing and Payment

Estimates

We provide written estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For services exceeding $500, we may require a deposit before beginning work.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Current pricing will be provided with each estimate and confirmed before work begins.

Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty

We provide a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on our labor, whichever comes first. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect damages resulting from our services.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its issues
  • Remove all personal items from your vehicle before service
  • Authorize all work in writing before we begin
  • Pay for services in accordance with our payment terms
  • Pick up your vehicle within 5 days of service completion
Vehicle Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to charge storage fees and, if necessary, dispose of abandoned vehicles in accordance with Maryland state law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bauer's German Auto Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maryland state courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
